About the project

The goal was to empower doctors and staff to confidently promote Invisalign across social media, in-office materials, and printed assets. My work included UX strategy, visual design, and content structuring — resulting in a more intuitive, on-brand platform that streamlined access to marketing tools across global markets.

The Challenge

The original site was outdated, hard to navigate, and underutilized by providers. With over 10,000 Invisalign doctors relying on it for marketing materials, the experience needed to be reimagined to feel modern, intuitive, and aligned with brand standards — all while serving multiple markets.

The Process

I audited the existing content and user flow, gathered feedback from regional teams, and mapped out a modular design system to support scalable content updates. I restructured the platform to better surface key assets by content type and use case (social, in-office, print), and collaborated with dev and localization teams to ensure functionality across markets.

Role I Played

I was the lead designer and strategist for the complete overhaul of our internal Invisalign marketing site. I owned the UX, visual design, and content structuring of the new platform, working cross-functionally with global marketing, web, and product teams.

The Solution

The redesigned site offered providers a centralized, intuitive experience where they could easily access and download branded content to promote Invisalign in their practices and online. The interface was fully responsive, searchable, and categorized by campaign, asset type, and language.

The Outcome

Although the redesign wasn’t immediately implemented due to shifting business priorities, the foundational work — including my UX research, design strategy, and content planning — is now being adopted at a global scale. My designs and system architecture are actively informing the development of the next-generation Invisalign marketing platform across multiple regions.
