To streamline our monthly and quarterly education campaigns, I designed a flexible email template system built within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The goal was to reduce production time, improve visual consistency, and make updates easier for both designers and marketers.

The Challenge:

The existing process for building and deploying education emails was time-consuming and inconsistent. Each send required manual updates, full redesigns, and intensive QA — resulting in long turnaround times and a high margin for error.

The Process:

I started by auditing our past sends to identify recurring patterns in structure and content. From there, I mapped out a modular framework that could flex between monthly and quarterly formats. I collaborated with our marketing and localization teams to ensure the design would scale across North America and LATAM. I then built the system in SFMC using reusable content blocks and mobile-first layout logic.

The Solution:

The final product was a responsive, branded email template system that allowed teams to swap in new content quickly without needing heavy design or dev support. It included editable zones for personalization, pre-set styling, and conditional formatting for regional needs.

The Outcome:

Production and deployment time was reduced by 2 full days per campaign. The system now serves as a foundational tool for our education communications, increasing consistency, reducing QA errors, and giving internal teams more autonomy to execute confidently and on time.
